To watch CPAK recordings at cpakonline.com/recordings/, you create a free account. You can sign in with Google, with your email address, or with your mobile phone number, and you may set a password.
What we collect: your email address or phone number, the password you choose (stored only in hashed form, never in readable text), and basic sign-in records such as when you last signed in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account, and nothing else; we do not access your contacts, files, calendar, or any other Google data.
How we use it: only to create and secure your account, let you sign in, send you one-time sign-in codes by email or text, and give you access to recordings. Sign-in codes are transactional messages, not marketing.
Mailchimp: we record in our Mailchimp audience that you created a cpakonline.com account. If you are not already subscribed, you are added as a non-marketing (transactional) contact and will not receive newsletters or promotional texts unless you separately opt in.
Service providers: accounts are hosted by Supabase, and sign-in emails and texts are delivered by Mailchimp Transactional (Mandrill). We do not sell account information or use it for advertising, and we do not place advertising pixels on the recordings page.
Google user data: our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your account: email cpak@binaryresearchinstitute.org from the address on your account (or tell us your phone number) and we will delete your account and its sign-in data.
Payments may be processed through SquareUp and related providers. We generally do not store complete payment card information on our servers.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
